The Recruitment Team chooses the candidates for their intellectual rigour, their logic and analytical mind. A specific attention also goes to communication skills and team integration. Of course, the motivation to evolve in the IT banking industry is important. Similarly, our selection criteria require a fluency in French or Dutch, including good English.

Evolution:

Thanks to the acquired experience on various client based projects, the IT Consultant will be able to train and coach new hires in order to evolve to a function including team management and/or technical or banking expertise.
